Kathy Sinclair was educated at Queen’s University Belfast and Manchester University. In addition to this Kathy has lectured at University of Ulster for 34 years.  Most recently she was lecturing in Equity and Trusts and Mediation.

Kathy has built a wealth of experience and expertise in banking litigation for a variety of lenders. Kathy has successfully dealt with a significant number of complex defended lender actions and has acted in a series of high profile Intellectual Property Litigation cases. She has extensive expertise in both personal injury and commercial litigation.

Kathy is an Accredited Mediator and is a member of the Law Society’s Mediation Service.
